Short Resume for some 34 years - U.S. Army from '66 to '77, two tours in S.E.A.,
army engineers, 9th Infantry, USARPAC Hqs in Honolulu, Hawaii with 5 years of
payroll applications, authored a complex E.E.O. Statistical Reporting app,
decades of financial applications with largest insurance carrier of the Islands,
Continental Airlines, El Segundo; McDonnell Douglas with multi-million dollar
manufacturer order entry systems with integrated accounting, consultant to
American Honda Motor Company in Torrance since 1985 and before them until now,
the Metro Y.M.C.A. (1982) for your basic order entry & sales reporting system
first designed in a dBase™ dialect and converted several times until now
as a Windows 2000 version. The L.A. Y' is where all coffee mugs, posters,
and stationery supplies come out of (logistics) for a nation network of some
2,400 Y's. Frank became interested in the Web and/or the Internet
in 1993 when it first became commercialized. Before that, 1985,
a serious interest in hyper-text compilers that allowed taking databases and
converting to a read/view diskette with hyper-links, in DOS no less! With the
inherent capabilities of hyper-linking in HTML publishing, it was an obvious match!
