Before you complete your Order Form, there are a few things about Shop Las Vegas, Phoenix Shopper, and Shop OC
we want you to know.
(a) Your price is always given up front before any work begins.
(b) We do not charge any Set Up Fee whether "camera ready" or not.
(c) If you do not have an electronic version of your artwork, we will scan it for you and if there is
any extra charge for this service, again, you will be told up front -- not after the job is performed.
Note: the better the original artwork is, the better the scanned image produced.
(d) Other than the quoted package price (and any exception extras,) there is no other cost to you
for your annual advertisement hosted with us without any monthly web-hosting fees!
Repeat, absolutely no monthly web-hosting fees; no Set Up Fee; one (low) package price.

If you expect Shop Las Vegas to return all your documents, you should also include a
S.A.S.E. (Self-addressed stamped envelope) with the correct postage.

The documents you include (preferably) would be printed and where available, the
electronic version. If there is an electronic version, eg, photos,
please indicate any unusual format. We can process Microsoft compatible
electronic files, eg, BMP, TIF, JPG, GIF and several others.

For best results, draft what you would like the advertisement to look like, eg,
placement of photos, page infrastructure as applicable and try to use the terminology
often used in referring to web pages as follows:
a) Your Anchor Page (Homepage) or starting point page

Assuming you have a very clear idea of how you want your web pages to appear from top to bottom,
so submit for our review. You can be sure, in any case, that we will be in contact
with you to clarify whether specific or implied.

In all events, I do not penalize a client on mis-communication for small or minor issues and
upon approval of final draft or
proof will make adjustments without additional cost.
In a situation where your documents and lack of a more specific draft and upon initial
questioning do not surface something more critical in nature, we can only appeal to your
common sense that after seeing our
final proof, you have changed your mind and want something
completely different or substantially different and will assess additional cost.
Conclusion
One of the best analogies of the professional talents that we at Shop Las Vegas provide
our clients is to determine what would be a good advertising campaign and/or communication
via the internet media. With that said, let's say you have presented several
documents that make sense in your message, your communication with the general public
regarding your product or service and like someone drawing a resume of your inventory of
skills, and with your approval -- design your ad/web pages. We know that
most individuals are good at what they do and not really competent in administrative type
skills such as marketing and advertising.
In no case, though, will we attempt to do more than suggest alternatives and in most cases
simply follow the insistent instructions of our client. Most of these types
of decisions are gut reaction or emotional in respect to what communication the client
wishes to use. It is like the old adage of "..a fool for their own
lawyer," and what all that that entails for objectivity. "A set of eyes"
that looks at your ideas and business possibly more objectively (with your interest in
mind) is all that we can "bring to the table" for you.

may shed more on the packaging of your advertisement to us, but please keep
in mind that this is the lowest cost-to-benefit offer presented herein.
That is, we would be very happy to come out to your place of business and consult with
you on your ideas and documents. Our rates for such service are competitive
and reasonable starting with a travel allowance of $50.00 (published) which should be
thought of as lost business time simply to provide you with a professional presence.
Next, you can have a package half-day consulting that includes this travel allowance, all for
a $125.00 fee (published.) Otherwise, our rate (published) is $50.00 per hour
whether half a day or three days.
Of course, this check list and summary may not identify answers to questions that are
of concern to you and we invite your phone calls and such consultation at no charge.
