Background :   Phoenix-Shopper and Shop-Las-Vegas are new business ventures that will take the Internet and the directory concept to the edge of technology, and at this time, there are no fringe benefits, just great commissions exceeding the commission-based market, eg, 20% or more depending on performance where the norm in industry is 8 - 14 %     For instance, our pricing structure is the lowest in the (Internet) industry, ie, no set up fees; no "activation" fees, just plain; common sense

fee structure that makes your selling job a breeze.     $12 for an annual directory listing; your commission is half ($6); packages starting at $250, your commission is $50, 20%, and for the reps with monthly advertisers of five (5) or more, move into the "driver's seat" with 40 % commissions, or $100 per sale/advertiser !!!

If you aren't asking yourself how we can offer such great commissions, well, it's quite simple .. I have been working at home, ie, home-based business, for 25 years; have very little over-head and as someone that has been self-employed just about my entire life, I have learned that "quality" is always second to "price."     You can sell someone until you are "blue in the face," but if the price isn't within their budget, you will not make the sale.     We will help you learn the right way to approach customers, customers that want to buy and save time (politely) with those that you would never close and not waste any more time then a 20-second introduction.

Someone after my heart, ie, "don't like to waste time," knocking on doors; driving around; just to be told "we're not interested."     Learn the secrets of great phone marketing and from the master of phone scripts that either get you in the door, get the order (on the phone), or move on to someone that wants to buy; advertise, and realize that 24/7 is not just a lot of bull.

My son paid his own way thru college and has a master's degree.     He started at a neighborhood/corner "Little Ceasars" and was flippin pizzas like a pro in a few weeks.     Then, by accident, he was introduced to a "yuppy" teenager clothier at the local shopping mall, "Merry-Go Round," and got excited; got excited about a natural (hidden) sales capability that his pop, me, likes to take credit for.     He came home one day, took my sales books, videos, and audio cassettes and studied.     He became the top salesman in less than a summer and when he graduated from high school was offered Assistant Manager at another company branch store at another local shopping mall!

Only one (1) problem, he found that he likes "sales," but hated management, ie, supervising those that may not be as motivated as he is.     He lost a semester at college, and quit.     He regretted his decision to go right into a career before starting college, and I told him that that experience you had, for just a few months, will pay dividends the rest of your life.

He graduated "Cum Laude" with his bachelor's degree, debate team captain with so many trophies, I don't have room in my home-based office for them all, just kept the 1st Place trophies on display (proud dad,) and went on the become a teacher's assistant in graduate study and earn his master's with a 4.0 gpa in his major !

I tell you all this story because my son is not unusual.     Yes, he is motivated and with success, of course, you become more so.     But, what happened to my son can happen to you, with the right guidance.     That is where I come in.     I believe in "pushing people up."     I also learned from a "master" back in 1992, and will never forget those lessons as a young businessman.

I will leave you with one last note, or bit of advice.     "Why do so many hate sales then, if it's so good?"     In one word, "approach."     In two words, "approach plus interest."     If you are not interested in the product or service, in other words, "do not believe in the product," you can never sell it.     If you are "beating up on yourself", ie, another sales pro refers to as "efforting," then you will become un-interested and give up.     Approach selling with a strategy, better known as a "plan."

A plan for success means learning how to "work smart" .. not hard.

If you have a (seasoned) plan, then you have the right tools, resources and knowledge to get the job done.     If you aren't selling, then you aren't doing it right.     If you are spending (or wasting) time with those that are destine to go out of business, don't believe they need to advertise, you truly haven't gotten my message.     Those that have (got/understand my message,) please call, email or write me to learn more.     I, too, don't like to waste my time training people that don't have the basic, fundamental interest.
