Did you do, like Shop LV, and make a link to the City (web) site ?     Yes ?     Never figuring that they would (then) create a "dead link" for you ;   making you look .. less than professional ?
    Lesson learned, but not forgotten.     Don't do it.     Don't make links to websites outside your scope of authority.     You'll get "burned" every time.     Now, I am in a situation to have to retrofit every page on my webportal, a dozen -- to say the least, and will be difficult to confirm whether I found every place ...
